To evaluate innovative technologies and solution approaches that could support its planning processes, Toyota Türkiye came together with the innovation ecosystem through Co-Innovation API. As part of the work, solution providers in the relevant field and potential collaboration opportunities were evaluated.
How did the process work?
We announced it to the ecosystem
The need was opened up to the entire ecosystem together with the criteria set; applications went through a criteria-driven pre-selection.
We brought 7 teams to the same table as Toyota
Toyota's Digital Transformation team met with 7 different solution partners that passed the pre-selection in goal-driven meetings.
We managed alignment and flow
We moderated all meetings so that Toyota's needs and the teams' capabilities could be clearly understood, and through regular follow-up and reporting we carried the process to the proposal stage.
7 new PoC opportunities
In addition to solution proposals for the existing need, 7 new PoC opportunities in different business areas emerged during the meetings.
