In our Open Kitchen Workshop, exclusive to DotsHub members, this time we gathered around pasta dough.
Together with Çağrı Burak Sağlam, we prepared cheese & spinach ravioli with sage sauce; we experienced every step together, from rolling out the dough to balancing the filling, from the aromatic touches of the sauce to serving suggestions.
In this event, we didn’t just learn a recipe; we enjoyed the pleasure of sharing in the kitchen, creating together, and coming together at the same table.
With the chef’s small but impactful tips, plenty of conversation, and delicious moments, the Open Kitchen once again turned into an inspiring experience.
